HAPPENING NOW, tasty pesticide?

Turks and Caicos, March 7, 2017 – Providenciales – A potent odor and regular garden stock is the combination for making an Organic Pesticide which creatures like the pesky Black Moth will find repulsive, even deadly.  It is what the Department of Agriculture is exposing attendees to at the Organic Farming and Natural Pesticide making workshop being held at the Opus.  Ingredients are garlic, peppers and water in the first blend being made right now.

Presenter and Constant, Keian Stephen from the Commonwealth of Dominica has his audience captivated as he creates a second natural blend featuring ginger.  Director of Agriculture, Wilhelmina Kissoonsingh says there were 27 participants in Provo today.

Tomorrow the workshop will move to North Caicos at Horse Stable and it is FREE to all interested including home gardeners.
