Bahamas, March 17, 2017 – Nassau – Voter registration is at 78% revealed the Parliamentary Registration Department which posted the standings on its Facebook page. The Department shares that the constituency of National Security Minister, Dr Bernard Nottage which is Bain and Grants Town has the lowest percentage of voters registered and the constituency of FNM Leader, Hubert Minnis has the highest; that’s Killarney.
Just over 134,000 Bahamians are registered to vote; in the 2012 General Elections 172,000 Bahamians voted.
