Providenciales, TCI, February 9, 2017 – New Minister of Tourism, Ralph Higgs was in The Bahamas last week for two strategic engagements; the Caribbean Travel Marketplace and the Caribbean Tourism Organization’s Council of Ministers.
Higgs, who is the immediate past director of the TCI Tourist Board called the events both an honour and ideal for delving into the issues impacting tourism and the Caribbean. Minister Higgs said the Turks and Caicos was well represented again at Travel Marketplace, which was staged at the Atlantis Resort and commended members of the TCHTA for their presence at the industry’s largest buyer-seller event.
