Providenciales, TCI, February 3, 2017 -Three men are now officially charged for the murder of 25 year old Kevino Smith of Grand Turk from 2015.
Conrad Thomas Jr, Lamar Griffiths and Krishna Penn are no longer suspects, they are now the defendants in a case that the Police and Public Prosecutor will have to prove has convincing evidence at the sufficiency hearing set for April 7th, 2017.
The men are remanded until that date, and did not have to enter a plea.
