Providenciales, TCI, February 1, 2017 – Ninety minutes after Patty Smith put out her usual post on Facebook expressing her feelings about the investigation of her son, Kevino Smith’s murder … the Royal Turks and Caicos Police issued a report that they have re-arrested three men and charged them with that disappearance and death from 2015.
Two of those men are from Grand Turk, said to be 24 and 25 year olds and the other from Provo, who is 31 are charged with suspicion of murder and perverting the cause of justice.
Police are still looking for information too and ask the public to let them know what they know in the case. Kevino Smith was reported missing in March 2015; his body was found in a shallow grave in Breezy Brae, Grand Turk the following month.
Bah Smith’s family and friends have not only confronted country leaders, including the Governor about the case but a protest was staged in an effort to get answers and hurry the investigation along after it hit an apparent slump.
