Providenciales, TCI, February 15, 2017 – Today, summations were heard in the case where former Olint Boss, David Smith is fighting the extradition to the United States after serving time in the TCI for fraud.
Magnetic Media is told that the pivotal decision on whether Smith will be carted off to the United States to serve decades in a Federal prison or not, will come on Tuesday at the Supreme Court here in Provo.
