Shaunae races in NYC tomorrow, honeymoon delayed

Nassau, Bahamas, February 10, 2017 – No honeymoon just yet for Olympian and Gold medalist, Shaunae Miller Uibo.    Shaunae is headed to New York to defend her record in the women’s 300m at the Millrose Games set for tomorrow. Mrs Uibo said she is happy to get back to her professional athletics career and that her focus is to stay healthy, in fact, she believes that her health is key to us seeing even faster times from the champion. 

Practices are going well and the ambitious athlete says her goal is to be ready to do a double; 200m and 400m at the IAAF World Championships set for London in August.  As for that honeymoon, it is delayed to September or October. 
 
Maicel Uibo, who had the good sense to marry our brilliant, beautiful sprint superstar is from Estonia.
