Turks and Caicos, February 28, 2017 – Providenciales – Social Media chatter is buzzing over reports that Police want to charge the Filipino man involved in the killing of Ensley Rolle, last Wednesday with murder. Police have not confirmed this but it is evident, that if that is a plan there could be public outrage.
Comments were candid about how people view the possibility and a general theme is that if this were indeed to come to pass, the Police would seem to partnering with violators. Another concern arising on that Facebook string was the expediency of medical treatment for Rolle, who fell from an upper floor after a fight with residents of the Kew Town apartment; Rolle was stabbed multiple times.
