Providenciales, TCI, February 9, 2017 – Bail was today denied to Krishna Penn, who was on Friday last week formally charged in the 2015 killing of Kevino Smith. Penn, whose bail hearing was held here in Provo, remains on remand until the sufficiency hearing on April 7, 2017. Laura Maroof of Stanbrook’s Law firm is representing Penn.
