New Villa for Leeward, Managed by Grace Bay Resorts

Providenciales, TCI, February 1, 2017 – A new villa community is coming for Providenciales and in January, Grace Bay Resorts announced that it has been given the opportunity to manage the 20 luxury homes in Leeward.  Blue Cay Estate will feature four beach front and 12 canal front villas said Nikheel Advani, COO and Principal of Grace Bay Resorts.  ,Advani also said “Through this partnership, guests of Blue Cay Estate will have access to Grace Bay Resorts’ unparalleled level of quality service and personalized attention to detail.”

The villas will be ready by mid-year and boast architecture by Blee Halligan of London & the TCI and Blue Cay Estates developer, who was also on hand for that announcement explained it was sensible to have Grace Bay Resorts on board and it is just the beginning.

The gated development is the third micro resort in the Grace Bay Resorts private villa portfolio and is touted to create jobs not only during construction, but at the completion of the 20 Caribbean luxury escapes.
