Middle Caicos, TCI, February 16, 2017 – Bambarra Beach is home to the middle Caicos mini regatta and for the 17th year, the model sail boat races will take place with four categories including a new couples race.
TCI Ferry and Big Blue Unlimited are making getting to the event in the country’s largest island easy and adventurous.
There is the ferry ride from the dock in eastern Provo and then a bus ride which takes you through the main settlements of very green, North Caicos, over the one mile causeway which is now repaired since last February and onto Bambarra Beach where there will be other games and lots of native food.
The journey to the event will cost, but the actual Valentine’s Day Cup is free and it is a great opportunity to support the Middle Caicos Co-op and its products which include the model boats and straw craft.
Turquoise Morning will be there with cameras rolling, its another beautiful Turks and Caicos cultural event we get to show off to the entire Caribbean.
