Providenciales, TCI, February 9, 2017 – Police have charged the man they held as responsible for the deaths of two beloved Provo residents and next week he goes to court to formally answer to causing death by dangerous driving.

Thirty-eight year old Jermaine Missick of Long Bay was charged for hitting Martin Field and Correl Glinton off their motor scooter on the night of Thursday September 8th; the collision was so bad that both Field and Glinton – a couple – were pronounced dead on the scene.

Missick had been driving a Nissan V8 Titan truck that fateful night, and his vehicle was found with extensive front end damage and in a ditch on South Dock road.  Martin and Correl’s bodies were found 10 to 15 feet apart explained the police report.   Jermaine Missick is now released on $20,000 bail and will go to the Magistrate’s Court to answer this very serious charge which could land him in jail for years.
