Priton Executives to meet new PDM Govt on housing development

Providenciales, TCI, January 20, 2017 – Executives of Priton Development are due back in country this coming week, and the Minister for Home Affairs says he has already put in a request to speak face to face with the developers.

Priton Development has been accused by hundreds of home owners of shoddy construction and broken promises by their phase two customers.  Millennium Heights has been plagued with problems of extreme mold, reported sink holes or vertical caves, bad roads, no street lighting in some areas and missing recreational space.

Minister Delroy Williams in the face to face with members of the TCI media core on Wednesday said his office has reached out, but now has to wait the return of key Priton Development executives in an aim to resolve the issues for homeowners.
