Providenciales, TCI, January 10, 2017 – Investigators of the RTCIPF have arrested and charged a 22 year-old male of Kew Town Providenciales with Wounding with Intent and Attempted Murder in connection with a report of a shooting that was made on Saturday 7th January 2017.
Around 00:12 am on that date, Police responded to the Kew Town area where the complainant was met and reported to police that during a verbal altercation with the 22 year old man, he was shot with a black handgun to the right shoulder. The victim was taken to the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre where he was treated and later discharged. The suspect was later arrested and charged with the offences mentioned above. He will appear in court on Thursday 12th January 2017.
