Hope Foundation to host educational workshop on Autism

Providenciales, TCI, January 16, 2017A workshop is coming for parents, caregivers, teachers and others who want to know more about coping with and catering to children with Autism and the Hope Foundation for Autism Awareness is hosting it.  President of the Association, Maxcia Rigby informs that the back to school workshop  was postponed due to Hurricane Matthew last October is on again now with the new date set for Saturday January 28, 2017 and Michael McGinty is the presenter.

The workshop will cover a wide range of topics, namely:  Increasing Positive Behavior, Learning Supports and Social Skills in Regular Education Classrooms for Students with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Aspergers and High Functioning Autism.  It is a half day workshop from 10am to 1pm at the Hope Autism Classroom at the Mills Institute in Juba Sound.  There is a registration fee of $10 which includes handouts and a certificate.
