Providenciales, TCI, December 9, 2016 – An investigation is now launched by Police into the mysterious case of a woman and child found this morning, shortly after 7am, unconscious and unresponsive.
After an onsite examination, the baby was declared dead and it’s mother is in hospital. Police Press Liaison officer, Kevin Clarke confirmed that it is a Haitian family in this heart wrenching situation.
There are no responses on a motive, nor on whether there were visible signs of death of the baby, the sex of the baby or the current condition of the mother. Those details are expected though.
Mother and baby were discovered in Dock Yard early this morning and an autopsy will be commissioned to determine exactly how that baby died.
