Providenciales, TCI, December 19, 2016 – In The Bight general election race; Porsha Smith was returned to parliament after her name was pulled from a bag due to a tie between Smith, the PNP Incumbent and George Pratt of the PDM. They were locked at 284 votes a piece until names were put in a bag, Porsha Stubbs Smith was the name drawn.
