Providenciales, TCI, December 16, 2016 – Detectives of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force have launched an investigation into the report of a shooting which occurred early today (Friday 16th December 2016) in the Gracebay area of Providenciales.
Police responded to the Cheshire Medical Centre around 12:34 am where an 18-year-old male was met and explained to officers that he was shot in the left knee while standing at the entrance to the Danny Buoy’s parking Lot. Police went to the area and established a crime scene. A 29-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of that shooting incident. Investigation is ongoing.
