Providenciales, TCI, November 30, 2016 – World Aids Day is December 1st… that is tomorrow and the Ministry of Health today rolled out its events connected to the global commemoration of this disease.
There will be walkathons across the nation on Saturday December 3 and on Monday December 5, free HIV/Aids testing will happen. While some reports say AIDS was around since the 1920s; it was in 1981 that the first cases were documented as reported.
World Aids Day took shape in 1988 and has been marked ever since.
