Low turn-out for PNP, North Caicos Candidate blasts PDM Opponent

Providenciales, TCI, November 7, 2016 – Two political rallies held were by the PNP over the weekend, one in the Bight and the other in North Caicos.

Turn out at both events was weak and very much unlike what this media house is used to seeing for the Progressive National Party.  Candidates showed no slow down in momentum though as messages from the incumbent party were revved up despite the low showing.

In North Caicos, there was a promise by PNP Candidate, Mark Fulford for a bombshell reveal on Ralph Higgs, who is running for the PDM.  PNP leaders during that rally charged that Higgs was given hundreds of thousands of dollars as the tourist board director to promote North Caicos but never did it.

Higgs was also slammed for a TC Invest loan used to establish a family business, Fulford saying that his opponent only cares about his own family.
