Providenciales, TCI, November 22, 2016 – The Leeward and Long Bay rally for the PNP on Saturday night had strong turn out, but there were questions about some of the happenings at the event staged at Heaven Down Rock; among them, the performance of the Long Bay High School Choir.
Social media was buzzing with perspectives on whether this was right or wrong and there were reports that the matter would be reported as out of order and lacking integrity. The member for the Constituency happens to be the Minister of Education, and the choir is from a government school.
We reached out to Deputy Premier, Akierra Missick to seek clarity or comment, she said she had no comment to make except to say that she upholds the laws of the country.
