Providenciales, TCI, November 2, 2016 – In it’s the 8th year, the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival is expected to bring a special tourism season opening touch to Providenciales.
Organizers and Sponsors on Monday told media that CFWF 2016 is easy to support because it showcases the very best in culinary talent on the local scene, while treating islanders and guests to the finest wineries and master blenders from abroad. Nikheel Advani of Grace Bay Resorts and Tony Garland of the Wine Cellar said the five events will present another stellar cast of characters and cuisine.
The Ministry of Tourism, Waterloo Investment Holdings and ScotiaBank are sponsors. Some featured faces for the Caribbean Food and Wine Festival are already on island and will tonight be showcased at the Wine Cellar.
Though most events are sold out – the Women of Wine and the Island Street Food Fair are still with tickets available; the Caribbean Food and Wine Festival supports the TCI Hospitality Adventure including the junior chefs program.
