Providenciales, TCI, October 21, 2016 – 20 new Recruits in Passing Out Parade was held at the Gus Lightbourne Gym after a change of venue was forced by the rain on Friday. With addresses given by HE John Freeman, Governor, Police Commissioner James Smith and ASP Hilton Duncan.
Awards were given in Weapons Training, Physical Training and Self Defense. ‘Aim high, stay strong’ was one of the nuggets of advice for the new officers.
