Providenciales, TCI, October 12, 2016 – Police also say they arrested a man who tried to board a flight yesterday with a handgun in tow; a 39 year old will tomorrow go to Magistrate’s Court to face charges for the unlicensed firearm.
Security officers at the Providenciales International Airport made the discovery, reports Press Officer, Kevin Clarke as the man tried to enter through the security check point shortly after 10am yesterday. The tactical unit was called in for the arrest and discovered, a black “Ruger” handgun with an empty magazine, allegedly on the man.
