On Wednesday in London, Cable and Wireless Communications also known as (CW) received the Telecoms Innovation Award for customer service innovation. CW, earned the nod for Its UXP or User Experience Platform.
Carlo Alloni, C & W Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Information Officer said; by using the UXP system customers have dramatically increased their portfolio of digital services. CW was one of two companies awarded at last night’s Global Telecoms Business Award ceremony.
Flow ID customers get simplified access to their existing services across the CW service portfolio and with this latest technology; Flow says they have noted a tremendous increase in customer satisfaction.
