All week long, residents have been exposed to world class dancers out of New York City in a program and show called, Dancescapes inspired by Barbara Pankhurst of the Turks and Caicos Friends of the Arts Foundation.
The 2016 edition of Dancescapes took the dancers to schools, community centers like the Edward Gartland Youth Center and the Gus Lightbourne Gym. There were lessons for beginners and for the advanced dancers and it is all to culminate in two shows at the Graceway Sports Center tomorrow at 2pm and then again on Sunday at 5pm.
The TCIs, Ryesha Higgs is at home for the occasion; Ryesha is currently studying dance in New York and this morning gave a solo performance to the children of Provo Primary.
