Providenciales, 09 Oct 2015 – It is a public holiday on Monday; Turks and Caicos for the second time celebrates October 12th as National Heritage Day with national flag motorcades in each of the inhabited islands.
For the first time this year, the National Honors and Awards will be presented and the ceremony is set for Parade Grounds in the capital, Grand Turk at 10am on Monday.
