Providenciales, 19 Jun 2015 – Crackpot Kitchen will be serving up more than food tonight; in fact the country will see an uncommon evening with another restoration weekend planned. The focus this time turns to sex and according to an unofficial survey conducted by Magnetic Media, couples in the country are in dire need of this exposure. Renowned sex therapist and relationship expert, Tiffanie Davis Henry is in country for the event tonight which focuses on, “The truth about love, relationships and sex.” Magnetic Media also contacted the country’s clinical psychologist, Dr. Patrick Prince who advanced us problems islanders, and others are commonly facing. Dr. Prince said sexual problems within relationships are usually a symptom of other problems within the relationship. He identified 10 areas; boundary issues and efforts to try and change spouses… a decrease in or lack of intimacy because couples are not spending quality time… distracted attentions, where children are allowed to impact love, romance and intimacy… emotional cheating which happens when one finds a buddy or neighbor to confide in, habitually – Dr. Prince said it temporarily closes the door to the bedroom. Then there is a lack of appreciation, a lack of effective communication, issues with money, poor time management; an unwillingness to forgive and in recent times our mobile devices are apparently stopping healthy sexual relations…Dr Prince said, “Many couples are on Facebook, when they should be kissing their partners faces. Many are on Twitter, when they should be tweeting the words of love in their partners’ ears. When this happens, partners will be turned off; thus, shutting the lid to the cookie jar.” A taste of Restoration weekend holds that conference tonight, there is a $20 per person entrance fee; the event is also sponsored by Point Grace.
