Providenciales, 08 Jan 2015 – The Doctor is in The Ministry of Health and Human Services. Hon Dr. Rufus Ewing, the country’s Premier and a medical doctor says he takes on the portfolio ‘kicking and screaming’ as he would prefer not working directly in the Ministry.
Ewing once served as Medical Director before being elected to office in 2012. Nonetheless, Dr. Ewing accepts this hefty portfolio and relinquishes Tourism but bites off another big job by carrying Local Government or District Administration. In a press conference today the Premier said, this year is about delivering for the people; more people focus for 2015.
