Providenciales, 09 Jan 2015 – We Carnival 2015, which is set for this Summer in the TCI is on the hunt for FABULOUS design talent. You can be one of six to creatively design the costumes for We Carnival 2015.
Designs will represent each island of the Turks and Caicos with its island colour and with the vibrant flavour, feathers, jewels and glitz of Carnival!
