Agreed to by the Commissioner Colin Farquhar and the Governor after Adams was on November 17 found not guilty by a jury. Charges by the Integrity Commission claimed Rodney Adams went too far when he spoke to a witness in a murder probe involving his son.
Adams won the case and today the Police Force will see him reinstated with his role focused (again) on Corporate Services.
Supt Wayne Jones who had been holding on, will be appointed Acting ACP Operations.
