Providenciales, 13 Nov 2014 – Something from the Sports calendar today: A return of the Provo Amateur Basketball Association’s night league and the PABA tells us there are a dozen teams competing for the much coveted PABA championship rings.

Games are set to begin on Saturday November 15th at the Gus Lightbourne Gym. It is also the night the Grand Turk Stallions will collect their second set of hardware, while Coach Bro will is named Coach of the Year for the third time in four years. Competition on the hardwood at the gym is expected to be very high and a new team enters the fray; the Hustlerz led by Captain Kirk Adams and coached by veteran, Colin Williams. Missing from the roster this year though will be the fierce Harbor Boys team which decided to take a year off to focus on its team objective. Other PABA notes are that the Steelers have recruited Alvarado Parker as coach; Veteran coach Trevor Cooke has returned for another stint with the Police Badgers and those Badgers have been joined by Duran Dean and Ehlo Seymour of the Harbour Boys.

Devon Cox well he is now with the Coca Cola Classics along with Alvin Parker and the HAB Supersonics and the Nazarene Kings remain the youngest teams with players from the TCIPS Lions and CHHS Eagles. This year will be very exciting as each team will play 13 games during the regular season. There is an admission fee for the night league, $5.
