In a phone call to me just moments ago Mr Saunders clarified that his departure from Digicel TCI was his own decision and will not take effect until end of October; that he was NOT fired. His staff was on Friday notified of the move by EJay who says this change will for him usher in a new era in entrepreneurship. He remains a Director and a significant shareholder in both Digicel and WIV. Mr Saunders who is currently out of country promises Magnetic Media an interview upon his return.
