#Slavery#DayofRememberance, March 25, 2024 – March 25th was the International day of remembrance of the victims of slavery and the transatlantic Slave trade, going into the Easter weekend, and the President of the United Nations General Assembly Dennis Francis, delivered a powerful speech. The UN Secretary General who also spoke, detailing the heinous acts against Africans, called for reparatory efforts, while rejecting the legacy of violent racial Discrimination left behind.
