Popular restaurant, Pizza Pizza located on Leeward Highway was ransacked by what appeared to be a very fair skinned, young man and the owners are lost as to what could be the motive.

They have instead chalked up the bashed in door and damaged interior to ‘youthful mischief’.

The act was caught on CCTV where a robber smashed a glass window to gain entry but nothing was taken from the establishment which is popular for its fried chicken and pizza.

“Photos show the perpetrator believed to be a young man of light complexion running around the business and searching through cupboards,” explained Wilkie Arthur, Court Correspondent who visited the store on Sunday March 10; the day after the incident.

The owners were opened to the public right away, thankfully, able to clean up the mess and foot the hefty bill of replacing the glass door.

Royal TCI Police have given and update this week, “This matter remains under police investigation. Officers are actively pursuing several leads based on critical information obtained.”
