#TurksandCaicosIslands, March 5, 2024 – His Lordship The Hon Mr Justice Chris Selochan heard the following plea and directions hearings on Thursday, February 29.
#1. MACKENDY ELBEAU with plea expected on charges of sexual assault of a little girl of 8 years old). His lawyer is Mr. Ashwood Forbes.
#2. CYDIREO SMITH will answered charges of being a gang member and discharging a firearm. Mrs Lara Maroof Misick represents him.
#3. Attorney Mrs. Kimone Tennant client JOHN SPENCER MISSICK was to plea to robbery/burglary charges.
#4. Having been committed to trial RALPH RAPHAEL was to plea to firearm and ammunition charges. His counsel is Mrs. Leanna Brooks Campbell.
#5. DARIO SANDS was to plea to firearm and ammunition allegations. Mrs Sheena Mair represents him.
#6. Having fought hard in his blind disability to get the lawyer he so desired and so that his matter could move forward, WOODLY VICTORIN was on Thursday finally able plea to the allegations against him for firearm and cocaine drugs. Mrs Sheena Mair has been assigned his case.
# 7. Also, still on trial for the past six going into seven and possibly eight weeks is the Royal Jewels November 2020 armed robbery case against WILLIGENCE NOEL. His counsel is Mrs Sheena Mair, and her Ladyship Ms Tanya Lobban Jackson and a now a five member jury is hearing the case; the jury size having been reduced.
The trial had started with a full seven member panel, but is now cut down to five jurors.
