Ministry of Tourism Donates Desktop Computer to Victoria Public Library in Grand Turk

The Ministry of Tourism reaffirmed its dedication to education and community empowerment today with the presentation of eight (8) desktop computers to the Victoria Public Library on the island of Grand Turk. This donation underscores the Ministry’s ongoing support for educational institutions and their vital role in community development.

Honorable Josephine Connolly, Minister of Tourism presented the eight (8) laptops to Honorable Rachel Taylor, Minister of Education and Mrs. Kecha Chase, Director of Technical Services (Acting). The eight (8) desktop computers will greatly enhance the library’s technological capabilities providing patrons with access to a wide range of educational resources and digital services.

Honorable Josephine Connolly, Minister of Tourism expressed her appreciation for the opportunity to contribute to the Victoria Public Library’s mission. “We are proud to fulfill our commitment to the Victoria Public Library and support their efforts to provide valuable resources to the community,” stated Honorable Connolly. “These desktop computers will empower patrons with access to information and opportunities for learning.”
