The Migrant Health Unit (MHU) is proud to introduce its cutting-edge evaluation portal, accessible at https://healthcertificate.gov.tc. This platform revolutionizes the medical evaluation process for migrants seeking immigrant status in Turks and Caicos Islands, by offering a seamless experience for both healthcare professionals and applicants.

Key Features of the MHU Portal:

  1. Efficient Evaluation Process: The portal facilitates a streamlined medical examination process conducted by Licensed Physicians. It ensures that thorough assessments are carried out in order to determine admissibility based on the TCIs health criteria.
  1. Comprehensive Health Checks: Doctors utilizing the portal will assess applicants for communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, vaccination status, substance abuse, and major medical illnesses.
  1. Transparent Application Status: Applicants and healthcare professionals can track the progress of evaluations, ensuring transparency and timely communication throughout the process.
  1. Secure Documentation Submission: The portal provides a secure platform for the submission of necessary medical documentation, enhancing data integrity and confidentiality.

To participate in this groundbreaking initiative, all international doctors who examine clients undergoing Migrant Health Evaluations must register with the Health Professions Authority (HPA) which is the regulatory authority for medical professionals in the TCI. The registration is mandatory and ensures compliance with TCI regulatory standards. Visit https://gov.tc/hpa/ for additional information or registration requirements.

“We are thrilled to introduce the MHU portal, offering an efficient process for medical evaluations. International doctors play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of migrants seeking new opportunities to reside and work in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and we invite them to register to be a part of this transformative healthcare initiative,” said Ms. Latanya Lewis, Migrant Health Manager.
