#CIBCCaribbeanSecurity, March 20, 2024 – CIBC Caribbean is making changes to increase its security with Point of Sale Terminal transactions to reduce the risk of fraud. In a statement issued on March 19, the bank informed that after April 30, 2024, vendors will no longer be able to accept payments by manually entering Credit or Debit Card numbers as this will be declined. Only chip and pin or contact less will be approved.
