#TurksandCaicos, January 16, 2024 – The Turks and Caicos Islands are among the six fastest-growing tourism destinations in the Caribbean, with a whopping 30% increase in arrivals.
The country outperformed the regional average of 17 percent by almost double, just falling below the banner year of 2019. That is according to the 2023 Annual Report, released by the Ministry of Tourism. As more visitors show interest, there are also more ways for them to arrive.
Thanks to deals inked in 2023, there are now 14 airline carriers flying to the TCI from over 25 destinations. American Airlines and Intercaribbean Airways currently connect the country to most destinations.
Incidentally, topping that tourism growth list for the region was USVI, with a 68 percent increase.
