#TurksAndCaicos, January 10, 2023 – The Legal Year for 2024 is open, and included as a major objective for the period is developing a viable juvenile justice regime. Mabel Agyemang, Chief Justice, said the courts’ energies will be turned to providing a system that will accord with best practices within the Commonwealth. Also on the agenda is the creation of better spaces to host the courts and a renewed focus on user satisfaction, which will include a public campaign to educate residents about the judiciary.
