#TurksandCaicos, January 12th, 2023 -CLEMENT HENRY a 44 year old Jamaican man appeared in the Magistrates court this week on three customs charges; one count of “Untrue Declaration” and two courts of ” “offense against an Officer”. The man is said to have verbally abused an officer and lied about what he was importing. The accused told the court it was just a simple mistake as he had lost the receipt he got from his wife for some items she had put on the pallet. The trial resumes on February 5th.
