#TurksandCaicos, January 16, 2024 – Scott and Esmeralda Allan were before the courts last week on serious traffic violation charges. Scott Allan, who is facing charges of permitting the use of a motor vehicle without insurance and permitting unlicensed driving, reportedly gave his car to an unlicensed Esmeralda.
The woman then allegedly drove it under the influence. She has four charges: dangerous driving, driving under the influence of drugs, unlicensed driving, and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
