#TurksandCaicos, January 12th, 2023 – The Andaz in Grace Bay isn’t complete but its already making incredible sales. Eight units were sold in just eight weeks making a record-breaking fall season for the team according to a January press release.
Basement slabs were also completed in December, only two months after ground broke for the Hyatt-run, 7-storey, highrise in October. A total of 59 pure hotel rooms and a collection of 73 for-sale condos will be built, according to Christie’s International Realty. Prices listed by the realty began at $500,000.
