Desarollos APPROVED for new hotel in Providenciales

#TurksandCaicos – Desarrollos Hotelco builders of the Ritz-Carlton on Grace Bay have secured government
The development is set for Providenciales.
The hotel company recently had an application for 4-12 STOREY BLOCKS and a CASINO BUILDING deferred on the same plot of land for which they have now secured government approval.
It is unknown what, if any changes led to the shift in decision but the casino was not mentioned in the approval.
