#DominicanRepublic, October 9 – The cemetery caretaker connected to the 6 dead babies found at the cemetery entrance in The Dominican Republic says he forgot the bodies.
He was reportedly wanted for questioning and rightfully delivered himself to the authorities on Friday October 6th.
The caretaker identified as Hilario Pascual expressed, speaking in a video online, that the bodies were dropped off after hours and by that time he had already started drinking and in doing so, the six deceased babies delivered slipped his mind.
A spokesperson for the Juan Bosch City Hospital near the cemetery, to which the bodies were traced given the tags on their ankles, said the hospital transferred the bodies to the El Popular funeral home for proper burials.
Julian Encarnacion Montero, the owner of the funeral home informed that the bodies were then taken to the caretaker.
