Seventeen make up Cast of Defendants to Appear before Chief Justice Agyemang

#TurksandCaicosIslands, October 9, 2023 – Her Ladyship, the Hon Chief Justice of the Turks and Caicos Islands is currently presiding over a number of Sufficiency Hearing Proceedings.

On Friday October 6, a total of 17 accused individuals, some with attorneys and some without will face Chief Justice Mrs Mable Agyemang remotely or in open court to answer to various different offenses ranging from “setting fire to buildings, keeping firearms and ammunition, discharging firearm, possession of limitation with intent to cause fear, wounding with intent, robberies, aggravated burglaries/home invasions, sexual assault of children, rapes, aggravated
assisting illegal entry and other offenses.”

The defendants are: Henrico Morris; Domanique Missick; Chabo Capron and Belika Been; Shaquaze Forbes; Mackendy Elbeau; Bernard Colebrooke; Dario Sands; John Spencer Missick; Silous Elliott III; Evens Sylihin; Rodney Silver; Phanor Joel; Richard Joseph; Giodany Mazard; Roland Joseph and Juliano Brekeem Fulford.
