Fresh rebranding and virtual services unveiled at Turks & Caicos First Insurance

#TurksandCaicosIslands – December 17, 2020 – Turks & Caicos First Insurance Company, Ltd (TCFIC) is TCI’s first indigenous Insurance Company with its head office in TCI. For over 25 years TCFIC has been providing insurance protection and peace of mind to the people of TCI. 

With twenty-five years of success, the Company has decided that this is not the time sit back and just be content with their success, but focus on the future and the ever changing needs and wants of its loyal customers.

Amid a global pandemic, TCFIC took the decision to rebrand, updating their logo to a new, modern and fresh look, while maintaining an essence of the familiar island feel. 

Country Manager for TCFIC, Tameka Thompson commented about the recent changes in the Company.  “Our logo change is something that we had wanted to do in order to impress upon the public that although we are now 25 years old we will continue to evolve with the times.  We also took the opportunity to augment our launch with our newest eClient online platform – “Click & Go”. You see, we have always believed that each customer is unique, not only with insurance needs but, with how they choose to do business with us.  As technology progresses, we look for innovative ways to offer better services to our customers.  Our priority is to build long-term client relationships, with complete customer satisfaction as the most important, non-negotiable objective.”

Earlier this year, TCFIC proudly launched its new interactive website which gives its customers the ability to get a quote, renew their policy and pay their premiums.  In these uncertain times, more and more consumers are looking for alternative ways to transact business, choosing to do things “remotely”. TCFIC stands ready to offer the people of TCI the insurance protection they need without the need to visit an office.

Thompson noted, “Feedback on our online platform has been extremely positive, and the timing for this could not have been any better given the Covid-19 restrictions earlier this year, and the significant health concerns of our customers and staff.  Although the Company will continue to focus on developing new technologies to improve service, that friendly, personal approach of the team at TCFIC will never go away. “We are engrained in this community, and we look forward to personally helping our customers each day, but we always like to give persons an option to choose how they wish to do business with us.”
