In this time of need, Beach Enclave’s homeowners, shareholders and employees come together like never before

#PROVIDENCIALES, TURKS & CAICOS – May 11, 2020 — Since the opening of its doors, Beach Enclave’s employees have been passionate about being there for their residents and guests. Personalized service, genuine kindness and the strive to create everlasting memories have been the staples of success for Beach Enclave Turks & Caicos, propelling it to become one of the leading luxury villa resort brands and operators in the Caribbean.

With the current crisis affecting Turks & Caicos, as well as the rest of the world, the time has come to turn the tables, as residents and shareholders have come together to give back and be there for their Beach Enclave family.

“During the onset of the crisis, our team responded quickly, taking swift action to protect both property and personnel, so all stakeholders have been able to focus their time, energy and attention on their own families’ safety and well being” said Chief Executive Officer Vasco Borges. “Now we eagerly await to bring all employees back to work. Until then, we have established a fund for owners and shareholders’ donations to provide IGA grocery cards for our employees. These will be topped off monthly until tourism resumes. In addition, no-interest loans to pay rent, telephone, Internet or other essential services have also been made available to those that need it.”

Knowing that employees are safe and taken care of, Beach Enclave is using the temporary closure to deploy a set of energy sustainable projects that would have otherwise been a disruption to on-property owners and guests. Ranging from the installation of solar power panels to reverse osmosis plants, these projects will deliver considerable savings to homeowners while reducing energy and supporting the planet. And homeowners are ready to return.

“We can’t wait to return to Turks & Caicos. Now it’s our turn to welcome employees back to Beach Enclave, back to work and back to being able to provide for their own families,” said a Beach Enclave resident. “Throughout the years, the team at Beach Enclave has become our extended family, and we feel privileged to be able to give back and donate to the fund.”
