Flow raises the bar as Major Broadcast Partner & Sponsor of InterHigh Nationals 2020

#Providenciales, Turks & Caicos – March 4, 2020 – The 2020 Inter High School National Track & Field Championships was launched at a press conference on Friday, February 28, at the Office of the Director of Sports to commence the most anticipated week in sports in the Turks and Caicos.

Full service communications provider, Flow TCI, reclaims the title of official broadcast partner and exclusive telecommunications sponsor for Nationals 20’, providing fans across the Turks and Caicos with over six hours of live coverage daily via RTC89FM & Sportswatch, Flow TV and Facebook Live.

Marketing Communications Executive, Flow TCI, Darron Hilaire stated: “Sports is an avenue towards a more positive future outcome for our young people and to this end we are happy to partner with Department of Sports and Radio Turks and Caicos for the most anticipated national sporting event of the year and also to bring the games to our viewers and customers in a new and exciting way.”

In addition to doubling the sponsorship for this year’s event, all sixteen (16) participating schools have a shot at winning an additional $5000 for their school when you simply top up $20 or more and vote using your school short code by texting 2020.

In an effort to foster a culture of supporting our schools and alma maters whilst also encouraging positive engagement and competition amongst our students, we invite Flow customers and past and present alumni to help their favourite schools to win $5000 for their school of choice. This is a massive opportunity to support the schools that have shaped some of our nation’s best and brightest and has served our communities and young people for years,” remarked Acting Country Manager, Flow TCI, Joanne Missick.

Coverage will feature live commentary from the RTC Sportswatch team, Amin McCartney, Kalsey Brooks, Donovan Fulford and Sharon Simons, via live audio streaming on RTC89FM & live streaming on Flow TV Channel 104 of the Opening Ceremony of Saturday, March 7th, track and field events, for the three day period, and closing ceremony and announcement of the $5000 Grand Prize Winner on Monday, March 9th.

With the extended coverage of this event thanks to our partners at Flow and the college scouts that will be attending this year’s event, athletes have an opportunity to gain a wider exposure, win a major donation for their school and possibly secure a scholarship at a top division school.”
